Shikkoku No Sharnoth Review

Hi Link again and this is another VN review, this time it’s of Liar Soft’s Shikkoku no Sharnoth -What a Beautiful Tomorrow-. This game is a steam punk game, meaning it is set during an industrial period during which steam power was used with certain fantasy elements added into to make it more interesting.

Plot Summary

The Year is 1905, you, the protagonist, Mary Clarissa Christie, live in the city London, an engine capital only second to the nation of Kaddath in the east.  You are a scholar at the Royal College of Scholars and you spend each day happily until one day when you notice that your friend Charlie is depressed, you follow after her one night and confront her, a scream, and it all begins.

“Come if you haven’t given up”

Character Bios:

Mary Clarissa Christie

That it is you, the protagonist, a young girl with heterochromia which has made one of your eyes gold, you are a scholar at the Royal College of Scholars and are studying the Kaddathian language, and you are friends with Charlie and Angie. And also the contractee of M.

Charlotte Bronte

Mary’s best friend and also a fellow student at the Royal College of Scholars, she seems to give off the air of being an older sister, both to Angie and Mary. She seems to constantly be going to Professor Capek’s research group, just what is going on with those two?

Angelica Derleth

A friend of both Mary and Charlie, she is generally treated as the little sister of the group, despite being classed as more perceptive than both Mary and Charlie. She is courting Howard Phillips at the moment and is eagerly awaiting a proposal.

M

A cold, unfeeling man who’s emotions are not shown at all. He is a member of the Society however he seems to have his own objectives which are out of the line with what the Society has planned. Despite what Mary thinks of him, everyone who knows him sees him as a nice person.

Colonel Sebastian Moran

The female colonel with a man’s name, she is the companion of M and is working alongside him to help him achieve the aim of which no one know but the two of them. She seems to hold feelings towards M though she is unwilling to admit it to herself.

Arthur Conan Doyle

A mysterious man who talks very little, he runs a small bookshop on the square mile, which is usually frequented by members of the Society, which he is a part of.

Sherlock Holmes

The man who is described as the one who knows all that goes on in London. He employs orphans which he calls the Baker Street irregulars. Sherlock seems to know more than he is letting on and seems to be an associate of the Society

Josef Capek

Josef Capek is a lecturer at the Royal College of Scholars, he runs the research that Charlie is a part of, though no research has been seen being released from it. Capek always seem to carry around a bag with him, why does he?

Winston Churchill

A charismatic individual who is well liked within the aristocratic world despite being a middle class trader. His words seem to have a strange power over people and he is easily able to bend people to his will through his words. He seems to have a grand plan, which no one knows but him

Bram Stoker

The owner of the local theatre and the author of Dracula, Bram Stoker adapts many works of Shakespeare so that the young will be interested in them, he seems to have a secret which he is unwilling to tell anyone

Jane Doe

Not her real name of course, Jane Doe is one of the Society’s assassins who carries out her missions with great precision and finds great joy in carrying the Society’s orders

Baron Münchausen

Another leader of the society, however he is not one of the professors like Moriarty, he is something else entirely. He seems to hold contempt for humans and the emotions that they feel. He is a charismatic individual and dangerous as well.

James Moriarty
Moriarty is one of the three Professors of the Society and is the last remaining one alive; he is heard more than he is seen in this VN.

Ratings

Music

The music in Shikkoku no Sharnoth is extremely good and it seems that there is a track for every potential situation. I would give the music of Shikkoku No Sharnoth an 8/10

Characters

The characters in Shikkoku no Sharnoth were, in my opinion, extremely well developed. Really enjoyed the references to various literary works such as Sherlock Holmes, really well done and they made them seem as though they are in place. I would give the Characters of Shikkoku No Sharnoth 9/10

Story/Plot

The story of Shikkoku no Sharnoth was initially very ambiguous at the beginning but as it goes on it gets more fleshed out and it becomes more focused. I would give the Story of Shikkoku no Sharnoth

Gameplay

Shikkoku No Sharnoth has an interesting mini game which makes up a core part of the story, let me just say it will take some getting used to, the objective is to collect 4 ‘screams’ and then head to the blue portal.  I will admit that it is hard, but it is fun. I would give the gameplay of Shikkoku No Sharnoth a 7/10

Artwork

I would say that the artwork in Shikkoku No Sharnoth was pretty good, looked beautiful and crisp and it definitely suited the mood of the entire game, might pick up another steampunk title if they're like this in their calibre of artwork and story. I would give the artwork of Shikkoku No Sharnoth a 8/10

Conclusion

In conclusion I see Shikkoku No Sharnoth as a definite must play for any VN player, some of the references are very British, and I’m guessing the guy who developed it was a complete Anglophile, so it does help if you have read some Sherlock Holmes.
In conclusion I would give Shikkoku No Sharnoth a 9/10

Chaos Head Review

Hi Link here and here's another review, this time of Nitro Plus' Chaos Head, this game features an interesting system known as Delusion triggers which can be totally awesome and amazing or scary as hell depending on the choice you make

Plot Summary

You are Nishijou Takumi, a borderline Hikkimori who lives in Shibuya in a container house, you spend your days watching anime and playing an online MMORPG by the name of Empire Sweeper Online, you only go to school to meet the minimum attendance quota required for you to graduate. Your life is a relatively peaceful one until one day when your online friend Grim mentions about an incident which is going on in Shibuya known as the New Generation Madness(abbreviated to New Gen). Suddenly a mysterious man joins the chatroom, known as 'Shogun' he sends a link to an image along with the words "The world changes when you click it" You then click it and your life changes forever

"Whose eyes are those eyes"

Character Bios

Nishijou Takumi

That's you, the protagonist, you are an otaku who cares only for the 2D and consider the real world to be a pain. Though you are a cowardly person by nature, you can be kind and helpful to those who are in need of help.

Nishijou Nanami

The sister of the protagonist, she is your average trendy high school student, although Takumi treats her cruelly at times she will still show a lot of love and concern for his well being although she won't openly admit it herself.

Sakihata Rimi

A girl who you met at the scene of the staking murder who claims yo have been friends with you since the start of middle school. However the strange thing is that you do not remember ever meeting this girl before that incident.

Kishimoto Ayase (FES)

A famous indie performer in Shibuya, she is renowned for her lyrics which are considered prophetic in regard to their content. At school she is known as Kishimoto Ayase, a normal student, albeit a bit weird.

Kusunoki Yua

The sister of one of the victims of the first New Gen incident 'The Group Dive'. She seems to have an obsession with the New Gen cases as she wants to find what truly happened to her sister and what would lead her to taking her own life

Orihara Kozue

A quiet, airheaded transfet student. She talks to Takumi with what she calls 'The voice of her heart' and when she talks she is shown as being a cute and bubbly person also she has demonstrated that she does have a ruthless.

Aoi Sena

A girl in the class above Takumi's, she seems to have a cool and reserved personality and she cares greatly for the friend that she possesses however she has difficulty showing her emotions to people and she keeps across as an almost deliquent-like character.

Misumi Daisuke

Takumi's best friend since their first year of high school, he seems to be the only person in the school who will willingly talk to Takumi openly and freely besides Rimi.

'Shogun'

Shogun is the person who Takumi considers to be the true New Gen culprit as he sent Takumi a link to an image of the staking before it happened. This has lead to Takumi becoming paranoid and believing that Shogun is out to get him and make him another victim of the New Gen

Grim

Grim is Takumi's friend on ESO who plays with him constantly. Grim seems to have an obsession with Guro and likes to send Takumi links to Guro related images. Grim seems to be keeping up with what's going on with the New Gen incidents in Shibuya and keeps Takumi informed about it.

Seira

Seira is the heroine of Takumi's favorite anime; Blood Tunes. Seira is a delusion of Takumi's and she is always to coerce him into becoming a full scale Hikkimori. She is Takumi's weakness given a physical form.

Ratings

Music

I believe that the soundtrack in Chaos Head certainly did do the game a great justice in all areas; it seemed as though it had a track for pratically every conceivable situation. Also Itou Kanako is a damn good singer, love Find the blue for the game's theme, really beautiful and fits the game perfectly. I would give the music of Chaos Head a 9/10

Character

The characters in Chaos Head were generally well developed in my personal opinon, though I didn't like Takumi's change from a 2D loving hikkimori to a reasonably normal but a potential bad ass at times kinda guy as I felt it was too rushed and kinda too forced. I would give the characters of Chaos Head an 8/10 on account of the rushing of Takumi's character, I'm not saying it should have been longer but it seemed to be strange at times how Takumi suddenly changed.

Story/Plot

The story of Chaos Head in my opinion was truly wonderful and heartfelt and I could tell it had a consistent flow throughout it, some of the references to various other things made me laugh many a time, Darth Spider XD, this did make me cringe a little inside but I do believe its all in good taste. I believe Chaos Head to be a throughly good read with some definite replay value to get 100% and I'd gladly recommend this as a first title for an new Eroge/Visual Novel player. I would give the story/plot of Chaos Head a 9/10

Artwork

I thought the artwork of Chaos Head was really well done and did have a type of endearment that made you fall in love with the characters even more, I would say that they are amazing. I would give the artwork of Chaos Head a 9/10

Conclusion

So in conclusion Chaos Head, I believe, is definitely a really great game with a very interesting plot and very engaging characters and I would gladly recommend this to anyone to anyone who loves VN's with a decent plot, good characters and decent CG's.

I would give Chaos Head a 9/10

Sexy Demon transformation!

              Sexy Demon transformation!

Hey hey hey The Devils delight here, with an amazing review on Sexy Demon transformation  This has to be the most f'd up thing that I have ever played. Okay this story you play as the high school student exorcist called Yamato. Who goes and kills demons, well that is what he was suppose to be doing. Instead he captures them in little balls called bakemon. In doing so they are his partners. (*cough Pokemon cough*) going around with a girl named Abe Asuka you'r child hood friend and also rival. YES! You want to get revenge on her. Because the exorcist association has named her the next big boss. WTF! That was you'r position waiting to take. This is also bad because Asuka is so naive that she thinks that all demons are bad. So she wants to eliminate them all one by one. You can't let here do that can you? NO! Killing all you'r friends is unforgivable  So how will you plot you'r revenge  By killing her, blackmailing her, or  by teaching her a lesson? NO to all of those. Because you will never guess what is going in the f'd up head of Yamato. He want's to get her...wait for it, pregnant  Yeah that is a really funny way to get you'r revenge on someone. But check it out Asuka is very talented and strong. If she does get knocked up her power halves due to her baby inside her. Now Yamato has been thinking about this for a long time so he has been subliminal messaging she wants to have a baby. So that is taken care of. She is always having fantasy, about her kids with a house and a garden  But has no idea who the father will be. Now If you read this far, *SPOILER ALERT!* It is not you'r intention on being that father. Instead you will use your powers and rape her tiring to make her pregnant  This way she is emotionally damaged. Not bad huh? Of course this is messed up but its funny. Also having the lovely Usui Yukihi how is half demon herself. Having every boy in the school following her. She never goes out with them but they still want her. She agrees yo help you with this plot. Only because it will destroy the exorcist association and protect her self. But she is up to something sneaky. Wondering what it is, Hoping that you will succeed in your plain, How will this play out? Only one way to find out...PLAY IT!

Character list:

Now before I go in to this there are some I have not mentioned in the story bit, that are important to the story.

Yamato: The main guy in this adventure, with his evil plain. MOWAWA!

(Friends and rival)
Abe Asuka: She will be the next big boss in the exorcist association and kill all
demons.
Usui Yukihi : A ice queen women how is half demon and helps Yamato in his evil deed.

Kuzuki Airi: She is in the newspaper club and likes to write on big scoops.
Yamato  better watch out for this one.
  (Unlikely pair of friends)

Kusakabe Shiori: The shy girl that is also in the newspaper club.
Always with Airi and her adventures.

Other characters are the other students and demons that accompanied you and Yukihi.
(Because this list would be way to long if I named them all)

RATINGS ON CONTENT:

Music:
This I a wonderful intro that kicks ass that will want you to listen to over and over again  That said the other BGM is awesome too, it is catchy and has beats to it. But it likes to loop a little to much, making it seem as if there is not that much BGM. Which is a bummer when tiring to take you'r time in reading the dialogue  Making it feel like "Turn off the fing music". But other then that if you are a speed reader it is not a problem. I will have to give this sound track 7/10 Devil tails. Due to the lack feeling in it. It could have been better cycling method placed.

Characters:
The number of the characters is a lot due to all the demons with the main people. For that, it is a really well put virility of characters  you can get with any girl you really like. Makes it a plus you get to sample every one before you have to choice who you want. There is great interaction with every character even the demons. Enjoyable comic relief that I personally loved. So this gets a wonderful 10/10 Devil tails. For awesome character design. WOO!

Story/plot:
I thought this was very original taste to it. It is a some what of a rape game. It has love and action play to it. Mixing a whole lot of things in one. Making her get pregnant is f'd up but on the flip side she wants kids but not by a demon. She wants that very special person to be with and live together peacefully. There is a fast passed fell to it making it a enjoyable experience for people like me need fast paced begins and action orientated  Story flow is great and really don't have bumps in the road. You want to have lots of sex scenes? You go it with in the first 15 min of game play there it is. Btw not going to spoil it. So for the story I give 9/10 Devil tails. Due to the " I want you to get pregnant  bit and likes it destroying ones live is a bit harsh.

Gameplay:
OMG! New category  This game plays as a RPG (Role Playing Game) having that fresh zang to it. It was enjoyable *SPOILER*  to go demon hunting and rape victims  Gathering info to execute you'r plain of the up most evil. With having fun on the side. This was a great game and for its game play I give it  8/10 Devil tails  Mostly because you can get lost if you don't have the right demon party combo to unlock events.

Art:
There are quite the surprises in this art work. You think it is just a stand still scene describing sex? WRONG! It has CG in it amazing! I loved this art, no blocks you can sex dicks, pussy with ass and tits too! The H scenes are just so hot make up want to 'pop' in you'r pants good. (Better have some tissues with you) ;) The detail they put in this is hella good as well. The sex sounds and dialogue are very good. Also funny if you have a sick humor as I have. I will have to give this 10/10 Devil tails. I cant find a damn thing wrong with it. Perfect proportions for every character.

PROS AND CONS:

Do-ta-do-da-do! Pros: Wonderful story  amazing art work, awesome game play  nice sexy voice acting, good sex sounds, enjoyable sex scenes. good English translation.

Cons: some music issues  there is not as much H list to re watch as most VNs do, Little to short for some people,

 Overall rating:
I will have to give it a 9/10 Devil tails. It was a really good game but was way to short. WHY?! why must all the good ones be short while the crap ones drag their ass around. Making want to kill you'r brain. I loved this game to death. I highly recommend you pick this VN up and play. Don't have that much time? Forget about it you can finish it with in two seating's  So if you'r looking for that all in one game this is it.

This is  DevisDelight Signing out till the next game I grab by the ass. ^-^

Little Busters Review

Hello there this is Link. So in commemoration of the release of the new Little Busters Anime I'm going to be doing a review on the Visual novel itself.

Plot Summary

Little Buster's follows the tale Naoe Riki who is part of a group of 5 friends who are: Natsume Kyousuke, Natsume Rin, Miyazawa Kengo and Inohara Masato. They call themselves the "Little Busters" Riki met the Little Busters for the first time when he was grieving over the deaths of both of his parents, the members of the Little Busters brought Riki out of his depression and eventually the pain in his heart faded away. Now the Little Busters are in their second year of highschool, excluding Kyousuke who is in his third and final year. One day the Little Busters lament on how Kyousuke will be gone next year however Riki proposes they do something for this last year. Kyousuke decides on baseball and thus out whirlwind adventure begins.

"Do you Know The Secrets Of The World"

Character Bios

Naoe Riki

You, The Protagonist are a generally shy person who unfortunately suffers from Narcolepsy which is a disorder where you are prone to falling asleep whenever you feel relaxed. Although you are shy it does not mean you are not willing to speak up your mind or defend your friends.

 Natsume Rin

Rin is a rather absent minded person at time but she has a heart of gold and a rather cute naivety. She is a avid lover of cats (although she won't admit it herself) She is the younger sister of Kyousuke and was an original member of the Little Busters. I kinda see Rin at times as being sort of a comic relief secondary to Masato.

Inohara Masato

Masato is Riki's room mate and also is one of the original five (counting Riki) members of the Little Busters. He is constantly training and exercising to become stronger and regularly has fights with fellow Little Busters member Miyazawa Kengo. Masato is mainly seen as being the comic relief of the Little Busters group as he is terrible with studying and he always seems to have the misfortune of being on the receiving end of one of Rin's high kicks.

 Miyazawa Kengo

Kengo is, like Rin and Masato, a member of the original Little Busters group. He is captain of the High school's Kendo team and seems to have an unwavering passion towards it as well. He and Inohara Masato regularly have fights with one another, usually for some stupid reason. He is, however only member of the original Little Busters to refuse to take part in Baseball due to the fact that he has a kendo tournament coming up.

Natsume Kyousuke

Kyousuke is the leader of the Little Busters, he seems to have an aura that attracts people to him. He is also Rin's big brother and he keeps getting her stray cats for presents, which she ends up caring for. He seems to really enjoy reading comics aimed at kinds and at times has the naivety of a child. He does however demonstrate multiple times over his maturity as the eldest member of the group.

Kamikita Komari

Komari is a girl who absolutely love sweets to an almost insane degree, she brings in a variety of sweets every lunch time but never seems to get fat. She seems to be a very curious person and is quick to react, sadly though when she does react she tends to hit her head on something. She joins the Little Busters baseball team.

Noumi Kudryavka (Kud)

Kud is a 3/4 russian and 1/4 Japanese, she has lived in Russia most of here live but her Japanophile grandfather thought it would be better to send her Japan to complete her education. Despite living in Russia most of her life her Japanese is surprisingly good, however her English leaves a lot to be desired. She joins the Little Busters baseball team

Saigusa Haruka

Haruka is pretty much the troublemaker of the school so much so, that all the prefects in the school seem to be out to get her, however this doesn't mean she doesn't have a carefree attitude, rather the opposite, she is too carefree. She seems to be very energetic and uses childish pranks in order to avoid capture by the prefects. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. She joins the Little Busters baseball team.

Yuiko Kurugaya

Kurugaya is well... awesome, she seems to have a ice cold personality. She also seems to keep mentioning various things about the girls, and as Kyousuke seems to be the big brother of the Little Busters, Kurugaya is kind of like the big sister. She has demonstrated her maturity many times over, she is in the same class as Riki, Masato, Rin and Kengo. She joins the Little Busters baseball team.

Nishizono Mio

Mio is a relatively shy person, she has a passion for reading. She seems to constantly carry around a big book and reads it every day. Mio is never seen without her signature parasol. She seems to enjoy reading by a old tree in the courtyard of the school during lunch. She joins the Little Busters baseball team.

Ratings Based On Content In The Visual Novel

Music

I really do enjoy the Little Busters soundtrack, it seems to have the right type of sound for every moment in the game, Also there are some specific tracks dedicated to when you're meeting with a certain character i.e. Kyousuke, the song that plays with some scenes involving him is a gentle melody that kind of implies a bit about Kyousuke as a person in my opinion. I would give the music of Little Busters a 10/10

Characters

I really like the characters in Little Busters, they are very memorable due to their mannerisms and the way in which you interact with them, also in this Visual Novel, the back story is relatively developed but not to an insane degree, so you can understand why the girl is like how she is today. I would give the characters in Little Busters a 10/10

Story/Plot

I'll admit that I've played this game all the way to the end so I will be judging the entire plot of the game here, I found it to be extremely good and a emotional rollercoaster throughout, this game in my opinion has some definite replay value, just on account of it's heartfelt story. I would give the story of Little Busters a 10/10

Gameplay

This section is a new section being added for this game due to the fact of the baseball mini game. I honestly did love how the baseball mini game played, though I did find it initially difficult due to Rin's terrible pitches at the start (don't worry they get better), therefore I'd give it an 8/10. Though I would like Rin to pitch reasonably well from the start I could understand why the developers of the game did it.

Artwork

I honestly found the artwork of Little Busters to be relatively good. It had its bright moments in the school and it had the occasion somberness in certain scenes of the game. I believe that the artwork of this game did the characters justice and clearly captured their emotions at the current time. Therefore I would give the artwork of Little Busters 10/10

Conclusion

So in conclusion I would give Little Busters a 10/10, I class it as a must play for anyone who is interested in Visual Novels or even those who are just taking their first steps into the genre. It is a simple game with an absolutely overwhelming story

If you are interested in playing this game you can download it from: http://erogedownload.com/downloads/little-busters/

G Senjou No Maou Review

Hi its Link here and TheDevilsDelight and we're going to be doing a joint review on the visual novel 'G Senjou No Maou (The Devil On The G String)' by AkabeiSoft2

Plot Summary

G Senjou No Maou (The Devil On The G String) follows the tale of a young adopted son of a Yakuza leader, his name is Azai Kyousuke and his father is Azai Gonzou. By day he is a simple normal student at his local school but by night he runs the Azai Corporation which is a 'legal' front for the Yakuza's dealings.

During the story we meet a wide range of characters such as Miwa Tsubaki,Aizawa Eiichi, Mizuha Shiratori, Yuki Tokita and the mysterious transfer student who wishes to be known as 'Hero', Usami Haru.

Azai Kyousuke is ordered by his Yakuza boss father to look into a matter regarding a person who refers to himself as 'Maou' (The Japanese word forThe Devil) and it seems Usami is involved in some way with this Maou person as well. So follows the tale of Azai Kyosuke, Usami Haru and the elusive 'Maou'

This is the Devils Delight here once again. This time with G Senjou No Maou one of the more popular VNs out there. This what you think will be any normal story of love and romance is WRONG! This innocent story is actually has a very dark side to it. Azai Kyosuke is who you play and are a "Normal" student at 'Jiyuuga Saki'. In the day he portrays as a lazy kid just enjoying every day to day school life. (It would be nice if that was it) But his secret is he step son of the Yakuza leader Azai Gonzou. Meaning he helps run the Azai Corporation. Which is a legit business but also is a front for their more shady affairs. His classmates all love you (Most of them anyway) and think he is a playboy. Which is what  Azai  wants them to think to cover his secret.  Azai 's father is the big cheese and has Azai to do the brain work of the organization. Will this secret be reviled to everyone he knows? What will happen when things get so out of control? Will anyone trust him ever again? This will be very interesting indeed, how he will bounce back on his feet? But the big part of the story is the mystery man Maou. Which is a "Devil". One of  Azai's class mates a transfer student is also looking for him. Making an unofficial alliance to investigate this man and bring him to his knees. In this fiery triangle of distraction.

Character Bios

Azai Kyosuke:

A boy who by day is a normal student at his local high school while bynight he is the head of a corporate business known as the Azai Corportation. He is the adopted son of the Yakuza leader Azai Gonzou and has been raised by him from an early age.He believe in the philsophy, like his father. that money is everything. He seems rather adept at changing his personality and adapting to a given situation. He appears to be a forgetful person. He is extremely fond of Classical music especially so by the composer J.S Bach.

The main character. Which plains to rule the city with power hungry ambition.
     {Step brother and sister}

Azai Kanon:

The Step Sister of the protagonist, Azai Kanon is a world famous figureskater who is aiming to take part in the Olympics. She is rather air headed but when it comes to figure skating she seems almost unnaturally motivated. She tends to refer to herself as 'Non-chan' when she is excited. she tends to give nicknames to all of her friends, for example she calls Tsubaki Bakkii'

She is one with promise for athletic ability in ice staking. Her goal is to got to the Olympics and preform in front of people all over the world.

Azai Gonzou:

Azai Gonzou is the head of the Sonoyama group which is a alliance of all  yakuza syndicates within the city. Gozou has based his organisation in the southern district of the city in which the game is set. Azai Gonzou is demonstrated to be a man with what appears to be no moral compass, the only thing that has true value to him is money and he has imparted this philosophy on to all of the members of his organisation. He seems to care very little for his children as he asked Kyousuke to 'tame' her once despite hat fact that although Kyousuke and her are not related by blood she is still his sister.

The Yakuza leader. Powerful as he is intimidating figure. Azai Kyosuke's boss.
        { Kyosuke & Kanon's father}

Aizawa Eiichi:

A boy who is interested in dating older woman and has no interest in girls his age, he seems to have a split personality as demonstrated from when he talks to any of the girls in the game, he acts all cutesy and like a little kid where as when he talks to Kyousuke he lets slip what Kyousuke calls his
'true nature' which is that of a boy who is disgusted with girls his age and sees them as obstacles to his true love.

Kyosuke's friend which seems very nice and polite has a very dark side to him. (Bipolar) Also he loves older women even though he is always failing in the end.
{Tsubaki & Kyosuke's close friend}

Miwa Tsubaki

A girl who appears to be very naive in regard to certain things that most people would consider common knowledge, she is constantly kind to people to he point that it can be seen as intimidating or over bearing, however she is a person that it is impossible to dislike her. She seems to give off the aura of a child with the way she acts at times as she said for fun she to play on the swings in the park near her home in eastern district

She loves to write in her dairies about every thing on her classmates. Shy country side girl to trusting for her on good. Seems to like Kyosuke a lot then what is puts off.

Mizuha Shiratori

A girl who is the daughter of a member of the rival business group of  Kyousuke's organisation of the Azai Corportation. She is the first person to get Kyousuke to reveal his true nature willingly as she knew he worked in the Azai Corporation as she lives near where he and his father Gonzou conduct business. She seems to be very inwardly withdrawn as she doesn't really seem to talk to anyone in the class. She is the person who cares for the flowers in the classroom.

A somewhat threat to Kyosuke for she knows who he really is under that fake personality.( Which would be bad news for Kyosuke if he piss her off) Other thing is that she is the daughter of the rival group to the Azai Corporation. { She loves her flowers and hates money}

Usami Haru:

The mysterious transfer student that is introduced relatively early on in Chapter 1, she prefers people to call her 'Hero' for some unspecified reason, she seems to live in her own world as she does not to deal well with activities involving social interaction. She is defined by her long flowing black hair, which is ridiculously long....

The new transfer student likes to keep to herself. Only that she will talk when she is unexpectedly to in conversations. She likes to be called "Hero" for some odd reason.  { official friends with Tsubaki & Kanon}

Maou:

The main antagoist of the game, he is seen as being a man who can easily do things that most people would find impossible and also he seems to have a charm that makes him both extremely easy yet at the same time extremely difficult to approach. He is shown to have no remorse for his actions and is seen as being cool and calculating while also having a child-like glee in the chaos that his actions cause. He has made references to the poem 'Der Erlkonig' by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. He seems to carry a refined air about him.
What is his long term goal?

Is an interesting character also this story's enemy to Kyosuke. He has abilities that out match this world. He can kill without regret and has a strange aura about him. No one knows his goals. (Not even sure if he knows that himself.) For he really has the personality and charm of a devil.

Ratings Based On The Content In The Visual Novel

Music

I honestly really like the music to G Senjou No Maou as it always seem to suited to the situation which the characters are currently in. They're talking on the roof together? There is a upbeat song that perfectly suits the atmosphere of the situation. For example at one point during Chapter 1 you have do something in school at night, and the music for that is really dramatic with excellent use of the instruments such as the Violins as they make it sound spooky and scary but at the same time it sounds serious as well, I would give the music an 8/10 as I feel there is something missing that could make it perfect.

Has a Vera of wonderful to the ear music. It really sets the mood of all the events in the game. The time for each track seems to not loop very much making it more enjoyable to listen to. I personality loved it a lot of time and effort went in to it. See that care and time was the key to it's success. I give it a 10/10 for well done job.

Characters

In my opinion I'd say that the characters in G Senjou No Maou were absolutely wonderful as you had a good deal of variety within it, Eiichi was your comic relief and Tsubaki was kinda of the cutesy, innocent girl type where as Usami was your run of the mill heroine, off to destroy the evil Maou. And then there is you, the protagonist. You seem to simply be well... a bit of a prick to be honest. You only care about money, you don't really understand the concept of kindness initially.but that is understandable if you were raised by a man such as Azai Gonzou....I would honestly give the characters for this game a 10/10, they just seem to be brought to life magnificently.

Every single one of these characters has their own unique personality traits. It is a great plus for story development. Some are a little out there and others are down to earth carefree. It is fun to see the interaction to  Kyosuke's own personality. Enjoyable characters always makes the game easier to play and watch without much pain. Now the problem I have with it is there are only four girls you can get with makes it seem like a short game. Also their might be any the player likes and is having the forced feeling to just chose one. I will have to give it a 8/10. Due to the lack of out come combos there are.

Story/Plot

The story of this game I find really fascinating as you are basically the son of Yakuza boss who is basically told by your father who has no moral compass what so ever, to stop this one man, 'Maou', from creating so much chaos around the city. Also I have played through this previously out of my own choice and I can say with certainy that the back storys are very well developed in my personal opinion. I would give the Story/Plot of this game a 10/10 as I find it to be totally amazing.

First the prologue and chapter one os way to long to get through in one sitting. It drags and drags. Making a wonder if it will ever go on. The other chapters have a more flowing feel to them making up for that. The events in the game are entertaining to see. Other then what chapter one brings. The choices that you get to make feel a bit cookie cutter. Which is a disappointing factor for this game. The idea that the Yakuza is in this game is cool and fascinating to see them work. It really is a death note type of game. Bc  Azai Kyosuke is this story's Light yagami. Wanting to rule the city power hungry aspect. The story is indeed well developed and takes you on all kinds of adventures so it really makes up for the lack of character out comes. Making you think what is going to happen and keeps you on you're toes. So I will give it a 9/10. If they fixed the chapter one issue then it really would be a wonderfully put game. But some people don't have the patience and want to wait. End up skipping some story that could be important.

Artwork

The Artwork, for G Senjou No Maou, in my opinion is very interesting because it is rather simialry to the style and quality of Visual Novels that we use today and yet at the same time it has that little spark of uniqueness that does define it as being its own product. I would give the artwork an 10/10

I find the artwork very beautiful, well drawn and well put. It seems like it is a slightly older animation feel to it. But at the same time enjoyable experience to look at all the detail put in to it. Now I have not actually seen the H part of this game yet but will have a short follow up on it once I have seen it. So I will give it a 7/10. Due to my lack of seeing most of the art. I will also give a follow up on this rating as well.

Pros And Cons

Pros: Very well done english translation, Well developed charioteers, wonderful music, Nice art, Very nice voice acting,( will have to update this when I have fully finished the game)

Cons: Drags in the beginning, needs one or two more female characters you can get with, Story could be slightly better,( will have to update this when I have fully finished the game)

Conclusion

So in conclusion I would give this game a rating of about 10/10. Despite the fact it has some things missing I truly believe that it is worthy of this ranking.

From what I have seen so far I would give it a 8/10. This game does need some improvement in the beginning. Other then that It seems to be an all right game to pick up and play. Just have more time plained out to play it, for it is long a very time consuming game. So in my opinion it is worth trying out at least once and again.
